Act 0029, An Act Relating to Home Mortgage Protection for Vermonter, requires a mortgage holder filing an action to foreclose on owner-occupied, one-to-four-family residential property, to file at the same time a notice of foreclosure with the Commissioner of Banking, Insurance, Securities  & Health Care Administration.  The Commissioner has required the notice of foreclosure to be sent in electronic format, using the link below.
