Annual Licensee Report Forms by Type of Licensee Reminder: By statute, Annual Licensee Report Forms must be filed on or before April 1, 2010, whether or not you have renewed your license for 2010. For Licensed Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and Sales Finance Companies: The Annual Report of Licensee for Year Ending Dec. 31, 2009 is available ONLY online. You will not receive a blank form with your renewal packet. ATTENTION All Vermont Licensed Lenders and Mortgage Brokers that are on the Nationwide Mortgage License System (NMLS): DO NOT mail paper financial statements to the Vermont Banking Division. Rather, all lenders and mortgage brokers must file financial statements as PDF files through the NMLS.
