Annual License Renewals

All licenses must be renewed on or before December 1, for the following calendar year. 

 For Licensed Lenders and Mortgage Brokers
All renewals must now be processed online through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).  See NMLS 2010 Streamlined Renewal Process
All companies must complete a Tax and Child Support Certification, which is also available on the NMLS Uniform Company Renewal Checklist  

For Sales Finance Companies, Debt Adjusters and Money Services:
You should receive a renewal packet the first week of November containing the renewal application and required documentation (green cover).
All companies must complete a Tax and Child Support Certification.
