COBRA Coverages under the new Stimulus Plan: Q & A

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act commonly know as the Stimulus Plan was enacted on February 17, 2009. For workers who lose their jobs, this new law may provide a 65% reduction in the cost of COBRA and other state group continuation coverage. This document provides answers to frequently asked questions from the employee perspective about how the Stimulus Plan could affect them.
