Changes to COBRA Coverages under the new Stimulus Plan:

  • The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act commonly known as the Stimulus Plan was enacted on February 17, 2009. For workers who lose their jobs, this new law may provide a 65% reduction in the cost of COBRA and other state group continuation coverage.
