Health insurance is now regulated in the Insurance Division which is responsible for ensuring that health insurance plans meet all consumer protection and quality requirements under Vermont laws.  The information furnished here provides guidance and regulatory information to health insurers and managed care organizations, along with mental health review agent licensing, rental networks registration and common provider credentialing.
